What are your candles made from?
We use 100% soy wax for all our candles and wax melts. It’s cleaner-burning, more sustainable, and smells divine—perfect for creating a cozy, feel-good space.

Are your products handmade?
Yes! Each candle and wax melt is hand-poured in small batches using 100% soy wax. Because soy wax is a natural material, minor imperfections like frosting (small white spots) can occur. This doesn’t affect the scent or burn—it’s just part of the charm of handcrafted, eco-friendly products made with love.

Are your fragrance oils safe for use in candles and the home?
Yes! We only use fragrance oils that are phthalate-free, vegan, and IFRA-compliant. They meet high safety standards and are designed for a clean, enjoyable burn at home.

Is your packaging eco-friendly?
We do our best to use recyclable and paper-based materials wherever possible. Our tins are reusable, and we’re working on refills too!

Where do you ship?
We currently ship throughout New Zealand. Please note that we do not ship internationally at this time.

How long will my order take?
We aim to process your order within 48 hours, and you’ll receive a confirmation email once it’s been dropped off at the post office. From there, delivery usually takes 2–3 business days.

Do you accept returns?
Due to the handmade nature of our products, we can’t accept returns for change of mind. But if something isn’t quite right, reach out—we always want to make it right!

My candle arrived damaged—what should I do?
Oh no! Please email us a photo within 48 hours of receiving it, and we’ll sort out a replacement or refund ASAP.

• Avoid leaving your candle lit or wax burner on for extended periods of time. It is recommended to use it for more than 3 hours.
• Place the candle or wax warmer on a stable and heat-resistant surface before turning it on.
• Store your wax melts in a dry place away from direct sunlight. This will preserve their colour and scent.
